    What junk! I am like NC15 and this doesn't even show up on me - AT ALL! No point using it as a highlighter...it doesn't highlight anything but the fact that I was stupid enough to get it.

    LOVE THE TEXTURE. Best texture ever. I use this as a highlight and sometimes wash. Nice color to have in my collection. I like to use it to tone down darker colors ex. greens or blues.
