    I switched from Elizabeth Arden's smudge eye liner to Smoulder after trying it at the back off my hand in the store. I bought it immediately and have never looked back since. Definitely a keeper!

    As with all of the eye kohls I love this. It's a deep true black and goes on like a dream. Yes, it smudges as so all the kohls because of their smooth consistency but it's a price I will pay.
