    I can't speak to the "full cover" of this concealer because I don't have dark circles. However I use just a tiny bit under each eye more or less to brighten the area and it works great for that....

    This concealer is excellent for covering up blemishes and redness! It is expensive but a little goes a long way. I've been using this for 5 months and am still on my first tube. Worth every penny!
