Herbal Escapes balancing shampoo

I wanted this to work because..well, it's cheap and it smells fabulous. Unfortunately, it leaves my hair feeling greasy no matter how much I rinse...and it makes my scalp itch and flake. I guess...

Basic wash and go, non stripping, mildly moisturizing product. Scent is sun-kissed raspberry with chamomile. Great pre conditioning shampoo. For $1.20 it works better than many of the other brands...
