well it made my hair feel super dry before i applyed step 3..........it did make my hair feel thicker and softer but i hated the dry feeling that step 1 and 2 give to my hair but maby im just doing...

I bought this product whilst visting Sally's to get some Unred as I yet again turned my hair orange...anyway, I had heard about this a while back but haven't been blown away by many of the products...
