I use vitamin E capsules to get it. I usually squeez the capsule to get the oil & put it on my skin before bed. it's good for healing dark circles around the eyes & also to plump fine lines

I've used the simple Vitamin E stick, too (I buy it at Wal-Mart) for 97 cents. I like to use it on my lips (great moisterizer!) and on those scaly spots.
