    It's a wet primer and I definitely wouldn't recommend it under matte shadows as the glitter only mixes. It is definitely a good primer, keeps the shadow from creasing.

    The worst PP out of the three IMO, especially if you have dark circles or any kind of eyelid discoloration. The champagne color is sheer and doesn't really cover anything up or improve vibrancy....
