Seawater and Iris Root Treatment Toner

I want to say I agree about the cost of this product, $62 for toner is way too much. I have always purchased these when there is a deal to be had: GWP (Fresh stores have amazing GWP's), % off...

I am still kicking myself for spending this much money on a toner. A TONER! For crying out loud. This is no "treatment," no miracle, and no different from any other toner.
