    I had such high hope for this product...finally a lip plumper that is not glossy, my HG dream product. I was a little disappointed, so I am still waiting. It does deliver in the plumping...

    This made a visible difference. I put it on after I bought it and my husband asked me if I got smacked in the mouth. I don't know if that's the effect I was looking for but at least it does...

    well...it tingled slightly...and really "primed" my lips by making them matte and waxy/dry feeling...but it really didnt plump or make my lips redder than they already are
