lots of YT videos on this however I'd say try to find someone with similar hair to yours and ++
even then don't be fooled, many of them will touch up and curl pieces before showing the end result. waves are unpredictable and after all the years

Scrunch the product in and then don't touch until your hair is dry (this is very very hard, lol). +
It's good to work with your natural hair texture, imo!
