I use Medela Lanolin; it's a bit easier to spread than Lansinoh. Aquaphor and rop
Vaseline do nothing for my dry lips. They're (semi)occlusives so most effective on top of other products to help lock in moisture.

I agree, I would just get a manual hand pump for $30 until you know if you going to be pumping +
