I find the Vanicream to be a little more "soothing" for my skin. Both are great occlusives r/o
I just prefer the Vanicream because it contains other ingredients.

You could try Vanicream pyrithione zinc bar. They have gentle formulas.

For moisture I like Vanicream Lite & Gold Bond Eczema Relief. Also Cetaphil Pro body wash is nice.
