Does she have bangs? Those can sometimes cause forehead acne. A good no frills cleanser is Vanicream
And followed by Stridex in the red box on affected areas should be fine. Get her some hydrocolloid acne patches if she has a habit of picking her skin

I double cleanse everyday with Kose Softymo. I emulsify, rinse and wipe b4 RO
My 2nd cleanse, which is either Vanicream foaming Cleanser or Cerave Hydrating Cleanser.
