I would cancel out the precleansers, but if you must
use, I would use the mineral oil & cleanse with the Vanicream Foaming. As for moisturizers, I would stick with the Vanicream & use a Physical ss. Cer

A foaming cleanser like cerave foaming or vanicream etc Will it remove waterproof ss? Do I really have to use oil for double cleanse? Tia!
