This is the opposite of gentle. It made my face tight, dry, red and gave me dry patches to boot. I've used soap-based cleansers which are gentler than this. I'll stick to my micellar water.

It seems soothing for my sensitive skin. It's just kinda tough to absorb and I did notice some breakout activity in areas I'm not prone, cheeks and nose. I'll have to steer clear for that reason.
