Try an eye primer. I use Laura Mercier Eye Basics. BB & Trish McEvoy have eye primers. ++
Urban Decay does too but if your issue is darkness on eyelids Urban Decay did not work well on me at all.

I second this. Go to a counter (Nordstrom would be ideal because of their generous return policy)
