I picked up an elf liquid blush (Suave Mauve) and it seems that ++
this shade could easily be used on the eyes. Has anyone else tried this, using liquid blush on the eyes?

Disagree. Some scalps can use conditioner sometimes. I can use TO conditioner with no issues. +
