is one of the better BHA's out there, esp. for drugstore. But they're pretty strong IME. She may need to tread carefully and less frequently. OTC

Does she have bangs? Those can sometimes cause forehead acne. A good no frills cleanser is Vanicream
And followed by Stridex in the red box on affected areas should be fine. Get her some hydrocolloid acne patches if she has a habit of picking her skin
