Weleda skin food - just a heavy moisturizer but works great on cheekbones ++
Can get it at Whole Foods or Amazon. I use it as my night moisturizer and tap some on cheekbones during the day

Most oils break me out but lately I’ve been dabbing some Weleda Skin Food and I’m shocked this h
asn’t broken me out. If you’ve used this before you know it’s very emollient. It’s interesting you just never know what will work until you try it.

I don’t take any supplements or biotin. I took Vitamin D for awhile didn’t notice any benefit and really I should have gotten my levels tested first.
