I recommend Seki for sharpness. I own an angled straight edge one intended for ingrown toenails +
and it is unusual in that the blades are ever so slightly offset, like a slight "underbite". I think it was designed that way to help people get one

Have you tried straight edge clippers? Revlon, Tweezerman also make them - cheaper than Seki++
When using clippers, I clip down close to the length that I want and then file to shape from there. Straight-edge might be easier for you to manuever
