CND Stickey works best for me, especially w/OPI & Essie polishes. For top coat, I stick w/ Seche ++
I keep trying other quick dry topcoats, lots of indies too, but they never seem to dry down on me. :(

Yes, that’s right, the Orly changed from the 2 ingredients to just Methyl acetate +
Nail polish thinner is meant to replace chemicals that are already in nail polish. The safest formulation is the one that has the 2 ingredient but

There are a million reasons it's not on other products. If you're IN California, it's everywhere.+
It's often a secondary sticker. They may just put it on the packaging as a secondary sticker if it's sold IN CA but if it's made in CA often they'll b
