I think it depends which one. I put Out the Door or Poshe over dry polish aott and it's fine, but+
if I'm using Seche Vite the polish has to be wet or my mani will peel the next day.

I’ve found a base like Gelous help, thick that will smooth the surface or you need a thick top coat+
Like Seche or Poshe— even more effective if you put a coat of gelous topped with Seche or Poshe.
