I don't do it. I set with goat or a blend, and finish with squirrel. ++
I used to set with the Suqqu face, but didn't like how the tips were picking up foundation so stopped.

1. A medium squirrel pencil brush. Something like the Suqqu M or Hakuhodo G5528. I use this as a laydown, actually, rather than a traditional filbert.
