I'd get NW15 and get some white foundation mixer as well; a pale's girl best friend;-) NYX, rop
Revolution Pro, Face Atelier and Yaby offer those. If a liquid/cream fndt is too dark you can lighten it so no products wasted. MAC F&B comes in white

2nd. And if a shade is too dark, mix with a drop of white foundation mixer. I like Isadora rop
(Swedish brand), Revolution Pro or NYX. Every pale-skinned gal need a white foundation mixer. The right foundation undertone & formula matters most.
