I love this product - it has transformed my thick/dry hair and makes it look and feel a lot healthier, also feels a lot softer. Only downside is the cost, it works out expensive if used frequently.

Awful stuff. Tried it on wet hair and dry, tried adding a little or a lot with the same result - Sticky knotty mess. Can't find a single good thing to say about it - very disappointed!
