I'm NW/NC 18 and I wear Vanilla. It runs a bit dark for me ++
in the Winter. My skin is very neutral. I think Opal which is lighter and pink would be too light for you.

Do you live near an Ulta? I went in and swatched them. Opal 01 was too light, Vanilla 02 too dark ++
Birch 1.5 is in between those two and more neutral imo. It is perfect! Buttercream 03 was way too dark and yellow on me.
