It’s probably not “shedding”, more likely to be breakage. And yes, that’s ++
Just something that happens. However, it shouldn’t be MAJOR. Some is to be expected but it shouldn’t be anywhere to the degree that it’s noticeable.

What did you use to shampoo, condition, and style today?
Shampoo and conditioner was olaplex. Did a mix of btz curl cream and paul Mitchell extra volume gel on damp hair and let it air dry with some claw cl
