It did absolutely NOTHING for me. I have much much better results with Olaplex++
Steps 0 and 3 together using the stand alone treatment method. I felt like I had totally wasted my money with K18. But some folks get great results.

Anything amazing but the price is right. Another olaplex no5 conditioner. I use those up pretty regularly. My low porosity, fine hair is impossible.
