Horrible! I should have read the other reviews before purchasing, obviously. The strips simply don't work. Both sticky wax AND hair are left behind...what a mess.

Ugh, they used to be fantastic! Now the formula is "new and improved" and it is terrible. The wax is too thick and hard. All it does now is coat hair with wax and doesn't rip anything out!
