Anything with shea butter is the only tried and true for me. Lansinoh is good too but not ++
quite as healing (or as fast) as shea butter-based balms (Jack Black and Laneige Lip Mask are my favourites)

Update on my fever blister. I saw my derm. She didn’t think+
it was a fever blister because I hadn’t had one in at least 40 years but just in case, she prescribed valacyclovir for 2 doses and hydrocortisone oint
