It is NOT a miracle. I didn't suddenly have perfect smooth bouncy hair. But, I am not hating it and my hair has tended to be less cotton candy ish.

Either sleek or waves, whichever you prefer. You can't go wrong with either. Depends on+
how thick your hair is and how much volume you want. If your hair is thick but fine, I'd go for waves personally. I'd be tempted to go gold and silver

Try using less heat and holding it for a few secs before releasing the brush/curl. Then ++
