Yes, but my fancl cleansing oil removes everything but I go with a eye makeupremover anyway and ++
then do second cleanse.

I use Kose Softymo Speedy oil or Fancl+
I love Fancl the best. The Softymo I just bought and so far like as it has no fragrance. Neither seem to irritate. The Fancl is more expensive
