I use Differin nightly. Keep the same skin care products. If I break out (at 58!) I like the acne +
patch band aids and really try to "leave it alone". Sulfur products help. I have an allergy to sulfa so I can't but works well for many.

Tretinoin is the generic name for Retin-A, and if it bothered you before it will bother you now++
Most likely, And differin is a weaker version of vitamin A.. and tretinoin a stronger version of vitamin A, and you should definitely never use them
