you are confusing actives. RetinA (tretinoin) is prescription only or online (illegal) purchase only
- unless you are in Spain where sometimes it is OTC. There are many, many products OTC that are much, much weaker derivatives that are useful for prep

Not an eye cream, but I could never get over the Differin irritation (that was floating to areas
where I didn't apply). I buffered, scaled back on frequency, but every time I used it I would get major irritation. Oddly, I am using tretinoin now
