I use it on face. I don’t see why you couldn’t use it on your hands., but a bit pricey for that. +
It would work nicely over Differin. I put it over Retin A cream.

other one with minimalist ingredient lists (less likely to be problematic and easier to narrow down culprits) like Vanicream, Cerave, La Roche Posay T

Yes you can make epiduo from OTC differin. It isn't as strong (0.1%) but it's good to start +
with that strength. The RX is very strong (0.3%). My dd built up to it and it works better for her than the lower strength. She doesn't wear foundat

TY rayoflight! She uses the liquid facial soap, oily version. Then Neutrogena HB for sensitive skin+
Then the Neutrogena Sensitive Skin moisturizer. Differin at night. For chest and back, she is using PanOxyl and this has shown a major improvement.

TO Niacinamide and zinc serum and LRP Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel. Also, IIRC a few people have said Differin made them more oily.
