Bha also. My only “actives” are the BHA and Differin and they are amazing together. And moisturizer with sunscreen in it in the morning.

I would begin slowly with Differin & increase frequency.
With BP maybe 1x per day or every other. You don’t want to dry the skin out or irritate it. I like Neutrogena Stubborn Acne cream- new red tube.

No I don’t think so. Differin is a very thin gel that absorbs quickly so I’d probably use it first.

not sure what is safe for TTC but differin, Spearmint tea, zinc supplement may be of some help
