I cut Cuticula simply because it looks like last months offering just shimmer rather than flakies.+
I know shimmer does not equal flakies, but the colors are basically the same. LOL

I just watched Caitlin’s PPU search video and PFD looks too warm for me +
So I’m moving it to Passing list. But moved Cuticula to strong maybe list because the application was easy and I like how the shimmer is suspended

the Cuticula was an easy pass for me b/c I have the EdM :) I don’t think I have a dupe of PfD+
though I might be able to layer dupe it.
