Recently I started using Cetaphil cream ( green tub). My neck is pickier than my face. I get big breakouts on my neck but not with this cream.

I only use aquaphor on my lips or body. I use cerave healing balm under my eyes at night r/o
For all over my face I have used plain vaseline. Although I did see that Cetaphil has a new balm that looks nice. Eucerin has one too.
