Cetaphil works for me - I use it as a cleanser nothing more. It has a balanced ph and won't damage your DDs skin barrier. It doesn't prevent acne

Be prepared for possible rebound eczema. Try Cetaphil Restoraderm lotion. But it ++
may take some adjustment.

I use and love Cetaphil Daily Hydrating Lotion with Hyaluronic Acid. Urea is 3rd ingredient.
