Thanks. I use Cetaphil to wash and their moisturizer.+
Most of my symptoms have hyalurinic acid in them. But I may need something more moisturizing as you suggest.

Am I correct to understand that 15 spf is rather pointless? What is the lowest spf that will give optimum protection.

Tide Free for detergent Downy Free for fabric softener but I use a small amount Soap (body) Dove Sensitive Face: Philosophy Purity or Cetaphil Lot

i use cetaphil in the shower, no shower gel. and any free & clear detergent has been ok
