Dr Dan's Cortibalm overnight has helped me+++ a lot.
I do sometimes use it during the day. I also like Aquaphor or Cerave Healing Ointment at night. I slather on those very generously!

Cabot is the steal from that list. I add 3/4 to a tub of Cerave (place in pump bottle). I use the other 1/4 or another bottle for dabbing. My Mom stil
