IMO the best for dryness is Kiehls Creamy Avocado. I've tried them all including Sisley, La Prairie+
La Mer & Cellcosmet. There's a trick to using it though. Rub it between two fingers till it breaks down. You'll feel a change & it becomes more watery

The best moisturizer for dry under eye skin is Kiehl's Creamy Avocado eye cream. I've tried them ++
