I can't use the gold tone by itself, but this little split-pan combo mixes well together and with other lip colors. I keep it in a 3-well palette with Cat's "Roar" and Beauty Buffet's "Splendora".

Got this in the 8-well Cat Kit. Not impressed. Has a yellowish tint, which can skew the color of any shade you put on top of it. Does nothing to "condition" my lips, either.
