actually, a cotton ball works better than a cotton pad. You can dab on the powder w/the++
cotton ball and place it where you want it on the face, and gently whisk it away to get rid of any excess powder. I don’t think a cotton pad works

I apply w a pencil first. Then pull it out w a liner brush. A stiffer brush works better so I like the it one and the colourpop one
