Hey , I just retested using my Sonia G Smudger Two for use as a lid packing brush for a shimmer+
and works wonderfully for that in that it is small enough and leaves a very smooth, wet look with the too faced luscious shade from sweet peach palett

when you say layer, I assume you mean use powder shadows over it? I can attest that ++
works, at least with the shade I have (Rose). However, it won't "blend" once set, so if you want a diffused edge, apply with a fluffy brush. TIPS
