Several of my NARS and Bobbi Brown powder blushes seem to have reduced color payoff.
Granted these are 4+ years old. Is this just due to the age of the product or is it more common with certain brands? Thanks!

Neither breaks me out, which is truly surprising. The list of products I don't tolerate is extremely long.
