I find chap/dry lips are an internal problem. So start with upping your hydration... r/o
Fluids/water, humidifier in the house... I exfoliate gently with a washcloth in the shower about once a week. And, then, I use Carmex. It work

And your lips will be good as new. It's very cheap (less than $2) and it even has really good reviews here on mua. Just make sure it's the blue pot an
