You don’t HAVE to, and daily use of a good thick moisturizer will extend the effects. ++
My issue with physical exfoliation (microplanes, etc) is that friction is what causes calluses to begin with, so even though you have a smooth surface

I tried the Tony Moly but didn't get much peeling. BUT I read later you should soak feet first +
and I didn't do this. So jury's out for me. I might try again and soak first. Maybe I need original Baby Foot brand but they're like 3x the cos

Change shirts between kids ( that’s what doctor told me to do when toddler got
hand foot and mouth. My 3 month old was spared.) We kept them separate and I had H do almost all toddler care while I looked after baby.
