I have thin, baby fine 2b hair that is a frizzball if left to air dry. Would this type of towel actually help?

I think the difference becomes more noticeable with fine/fragile hair that is prone +++
to breakage. For me switching to MF towels made a huge difference in terms of short-strand breakage and frizz, even though I would rather prefer fluff
