Stop using those oils and that cleanser. Agree w/ warm compresses. Switch to an oil free gentle+
cleaner like Vanicream foaming, Cerave Foaming, Neutrogena Ultra Gentle foaming, etc. For moisture, switch to stuff like Amlactin 12%, Cerave lotion,
